The Body Shop Mango Body Butter Review

I am a huge fan of The Body Shop's body butters, I've been using them for years, and I wanted to share one of my favourites with you! There are quite a few scents that I love from The Body Shop, but I'll start with the mango scent. My parents gave me the 50ml tub of this scent in my stocking this past Christmas. My parents also love the body butters, so it seems like there's always a few tubs lying around the house!

The Body Shop has a variety of scents, and each scent is formulated for different skin types. The mango scent is best for very dry skin, which means it is extremely thick and moisturizing. Now, I do not have very dry skin, but I love a thick cream! This formula has mango seed oil in it, which adds to the delicious scent and highly moisturizing properties. I'm absolutely in love with this scent! When you open the tub you are instantly engulfed with the beautiful scent. You really have to visit a store and smell it for yourself to know what I mean!

Since this body butter is formulated for very dry skin, it can be very heavy. I probably would not choose to wear this lotion in the summer with the hot weather, as it can be a bit too much. But, this body butter is perfect in the winter, and great in the spring and fall! I just used up the 50ml tub, so you will be seeing that in my April Empties post! I already have a 200ml tub of the mango scent. Some of the other scents I have in my stash are Coconut, Shea Butter, Satsuma, Olive, and Sweet Lemon.

If you have dry skin, definitely try this body butter! This formula is extremely moisturizing, I love when my lotion doesn't fully absorb instantly, but I know that this isn't true for everyone. Also, the Body Shop constantly has sales and deals going on, a lot of the time the 50ml tubs are 2 for $10, and last weekend the 200ml tubs were just $10 each! So keep an eye out for the deals if you're interested in anything from The Body Shop! What is your favourite scent from The Body Shop?

    1. I adore both the coconut and the spiced vanilla scents from The Body Shop! The Spiced Vanilla one is only available at the holidays though.
I love feeling moisturized, I kinda hate when the lotion absorbs immediately, it feels like it isn't working!

  3. omg i loooove the coconut and olive one! the coconut one smells like a bakery to me hehe :3 i agree that it's thick, but i don't mind the consistency. i usually put it on before bedtime during the winter and by the time i wake up, it's all absorbed and my skin feels crazy soft :D

  7. "A Fantastic preparation for an extreme problematic skin, with dehydration, and a disturbed barrier function, showing sensitivity and

redness. In addition, this cream can be used on a normal skin.
