You Callin' Me a Lyre?

I hope you're all enjoying your Easter weekend! What are your Easter plans? :)

Today I have OPI's You Callin' Me a Lyre? to share with you. This polish is from the recently released New York City Ballet Collection, which is a SoftShades Collection. You Callin' Me a Lyre? is a pale, sheer pink polish. I think that this polish is perfect if you are looking for a "my nails but better" polish. This polish adds the right amount of colour and shine to your nails, which is perfect for a conservative work environment, or if you just want a clean look. I used OPI's Ridge Filler as a base coat, just because I wasn't sure of the formula, and because it is so sheer I did not want any ridges showing. I really like the formula on this polish! I used three coats, and each coat dried very quickly, which made application very fast.

What do you think of You Callin' Me a Lyre? I'm not a huge fan of sheer colours, so I won't be wearing this a lot, but it is nice. The formula is great, so if you're into the sheer look (I know my mom absolutely loves colours like this), then I would recommend picking up this shade!

Disclosure: This product was sent to me for my honest review.

  2. Bought this a few days ago along with another polish from this collection. I love the colours they're so soft!
