Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs

It's the weekend! I have the whole weekend off, which I haven't had in quite a while. My friend OPInionated from OPInionated About OPI is visiting for the weekend, which is exciting since I only get to see her a few times a year.

Today I'm wearing OPI's Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs, from the upcoming Germany Collection! Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs is a metallicy purple polish. I used two coats for full opacity, and I found the formula to be quite good! Sometimes metallic colours can look quite streaky, but I like the finish of this one.

I used one coat of OPI's Top Coat for added shine. Although the formula on this polish is great, I'm not head over heals for the colour. As far as purples go, I prefer creme formulas, and light or dark colours, while Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs is metallic and a medium shade.

What do you think of OPI's Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs? Which shades are you most excited about from the Germany Collection? :)

Disclosure: This product was sent to me for my honest review.

    1. Gosh - you are right Julia..2 plums 1 win is really similar - maybe though 2 plums is a bit more frosty finish??? This one looking more metallic finish.

    2. 3 Plums, I Win! does seems pretty similar, but I think that it might be a bit lighter and more metallic than Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs :)

  2. I thought this purple had too much red in it for me to wear it well - leaving me with lobster hands - but it really looks good on you and your hands look like they have a lot of blue/red in them like mine often have. Glad to know this finish that I also tend not to like works in this one...sometimes they are just too frosty for my taste - or the brush strokes left behind just wreck the look and my love ability no matter how great the shade might be.

    1. This shade definitely didn't give me lobster hands! I also hate brush strokes :( But this shade didn't have a stroke marks, so that's a major plus!
