Palette Envy

I've sort of been obsessed with make up palettes lately, I've been watching a lot of Youtube tutorials and reading a lot of blog posts on various palettes, and these are the ones I have my eyes on!
Lorac's Pro Palette - "Created by celebrity makeup artist Carol Shaw, this PRO artistry palette is packed with eight shimmer and eight matte eye shadows in all the shades you need to create the hottest looks straight from the red carpet. LORAC’S velvety smooth shadows are infused with soothing botanicals and are ultra-pigmented to perform wet or dry so you can shade, shadow, line, and define your eyes, just like a pro."

I love that this palette has one row of shimmer shades, and one row of matte shades! These shades look so wearable and pretty, great for creating an everyday look.

Too Faced The Return Of Sexy Palette - "From sexy neutrals to passionate purples and sultry, smoky grays, The Return of Sexy offers a complete range of shades paired with a variety of mattes, shimmer, sparkle, and pearl finishes. This take-anywhere palette includes 15 must-have shadows organized into three provocative collections: The Ingénue, The Icon, and The Bombshell. Tucked beneath the mirror are three detailed get-the-look cards for easy step-by-step application."

I've heard a ton about this palette! The main critique I've heard is that all of the shades are shimmery, but I love shimmery eye shadows, so this doesn't bother me at all. I adore the layout of this palette, it looks very high-end.
Laura Mercier Artist's Palette for Eyes - "This universal palette lets you mix, match, and be merry with endless eye looks for any occasion. The top row features a range of dark to light shimmer shades in Chocolate, African Violet, Sable, Guava, Cameo and Sunlit, while the bottom row includes light to dark matte finishes in Vanilla Nuts, Plum Smoke, Café au Lait, Coffee Ground, Deep Night, and Rich Coffee."

I've actually never tried anything from Laura Mercier! I don't know why I haven't, because I've heard amazing things about their face products. This palette looks great for everyday looks, but you can also great a great purple smokey eye.
NARS Debbie Harry Eye and Cheek Palette - "Pop star meets pop artist in NARS’ Debbie Harry Eye and Cheek Palette. Reinterpreting the glamour and grit of Debbie Harry’s downtown scene, this audacious palette of shimmering shadows and blushes was created exclusively for Sephora. Inspired by Andy Warhol’s use of Diamond Dust, this sultry spectrum sparkles with shimmer and micronized diamond powder."

I can't deny a limited edition palette from NARS! I love the mix of eye shadows and blush :)

Urban Decay Vice Palette -

"We understand, the thought of 20 new shades makes you tremble with excitement. This decadent collection of shades has a mix of mattes, satins, shimmers, neutrals, and brights, offering a lot of something for everyone. From breathtaking gold to shimmery green to jet black satin, every shade contains Urban Decay’s Pigment Infusion System™, the proprietary blend of ingredients that gives every shade its velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power, and blendabilitly. This sleek purple case is beautifully minimal and classic. Press to open and the dampened hinge slowly treats you to a glimpse of the booty inside. The palette also includes a large mirror and double-ended Good Karma Shadow and Crease Brush."
I love that this palette has 20 brand new shades! There is a great mix of neutrals and brighter fun shades that I can't wait to play with!

Dior "Au Natural" Nude Look Palette - "This limited-edition face, lip, and eye palette creates a complete nude look with three satin and shimmery eye shadows, two sensual glosses, and a brilliant bronzer to add a healthy glow. This cannage embossed palette is the perfect accessory to create a flawless nude look."

I love everything Dior, so it's no surprise that I'm lusting over this limited edition palette. I love the combination of eyes, face, and lips!

I might have to do a little shopping at Sephora soon, these palettes are just too pretty to resist! I'll have to do some picking and choosing though. Which palettes have caught your attention lately? :) Let me know in the comments!

  1. Have you seen the new Sephora Brand Palette they have out? Its limited addition and looks like a good dupe for the Naked Paletes
