MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Shadow #2E

I've been using liquid liner for the past several months, but recently I felt like changing things up, and I turned to MAKE UP FOR EVER's Aqua Shadow in #2E*. MUFE's Aqua Shadow's are like jumbo liners that you can use as an eye shadow base, eye liner, or an eye shadow. I love products that are multi purpose like this one!

I've mostly been using this Aqua Shadow as an eye liner. I find it a bit too dark for my every day looks to use as a base or a shadow. I typically wear a neutral eye on a daily basis, and it's normally from my Naked Palette. I find that 2E - a matte brown - is the perfect liner to complete the look!

The chunky tip makes for a bit of a wider liner, but I quite like the look. What I love most about this product is the staying power. You have about 30 seconds before this will set. You can smudge this out, but once it sets, it's on your eyes until you remove it at night. I don't have oily lids, so I don't normally have a problem with my eye makeup smudging or fading too badly, but this one still looks great at the end of the day.

The only problem I'm having with this is sharpening it! This is too chunky to fit into the larger size of a typical dual sharpener, which is a bit annoying. You might have to purchase a separate sharpener if you don't already own a jumbo one.

I have to add that I love the design of this jumbo liner! Both the cap and the base of the pencil are colour matched to the actual product inside. I love this because it makes it so easy to find whatever colour you are looking for, no matter which way it is facing. I do wish that the Sephora brand jumbo liners had this feature.

MUFE's Aqua Shadows are available in a 12 shades (pearly & matte) at Sephora, at retail for $23 for 0.14 oz. Do you own any of these? What are your favourite jumbo liners? :)
