L'Oreal Total Repair Instant Miracle - I hate this stuff! It's supposedly a deep conditioner, but I found it so thin and watery, I needed a lot of product to cover my hair, so I went through this bottle quickly. I actually found this less conditioning than a normal everyday conditioner, so I will not repurchase.
Soap & Glory Face Soap & Clarity (reviewed here)- I loved this facial wash! This bottle lasted me 4 months, and I would definitely repurchase. I even started using this on my Clarisonic, and it pretty worked well!
Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Shower Gel/Bubble Bath/Shampoo - This was the birthday gift for Sephora Beauty Insiders for 2011, so it's taken me a while to get to it! I adore the scent of this product, it is amazing! If you love sweet vanilla scents, then you'll like this one. Plus, the formula is quite creamy and moisturizing too!
Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp Care Shampoo - I used this up after finishing off my Pantene bottles. I liked this, but I won't be purchasing this, since I don't suffer from an itchy scalp.
Clinique Color Surge Bare Brilliance Lipstick in 121 Precious Pink - I loved this lip stick! It was a really pretty pearly pink, but I think that it's discontinued now. I really love Clinique's lip products, I think they're some of the best on the market!
Clarisonic Gentle Hydro Cleanser - I received this with my Clarisonic when I purchased it. I don't have a ton to say about this cleanser, it was alright, but nothing amazing. I wouldn't purchase a full-size bottle.
Simple Vital Vitamin Moisturizing Day Cream* (reviewed here) - I quite enjoyed using this in the Summer, but now that the seasons are changing, I'm also changing a bit of my skincare. Now I'm using a moisturizer from Origins, that I'm quite enjoying.
Simple Restoring Night Cream* - I really enjoyed using this night cream! It was really moisturizing, but it didn't leave me feeling or looking greasy. This is one that I would repurchase.
The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector, Ahava Mineral Hand Cream, and Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream - Full review of all three here. These are my favourite hand creams, so I would repurchase all three!
Ahava Dermud Intensive Foot Cream (reviewed here) - I really liked this product! I loved the scent of it, and it is so thick and moisturizing. I highly recommend trying this out, and I would repurchase.
Sephora Creamy Body Wash Caps* (Reviewed here) - I finished off Cotton Flower, Lagoon, and Lemon Verbena, but I must have thrown out the last one. I liked these, and if I were to purchase the full size of any of them, it would be Lemon Verbena. However, I do want to try out some of the other scents in the line first!
The Body Shop Satsuma Shimmer Lip Balm (reviewed here) - I enjoyed this lip balm, but now I'm not sure that I would repurchase. There are so many other scents from The Body Shop that I love, I might just stick to those (Coconut, Mango, Shea).
Givenchy Dahlia Noir & Roberto Cavalli Perfume Samples - I liked both, but I'm really wanting the full size of Roberto Cavalli!
NARS Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eye Base - There was hardly anything in this sample, so it was hard to test out. I don't really need to use eye primers, as I don't have oily lids, so I wouldn't repurchase.
Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture - I really loved this moisturizer! I think it would be amazing in the Winter months if you have drier skin. I would purchase the full size in the future.
Revlon Super Lustrous SPF 15 Lip Gloss in Pink Afterglow (Reviewed here) - I really, really loved this gloss! It's made me want to try out more shades in the Super Lustrous range, since the formula of this one was amazing. I would repurchase in the future, but I want to give my other glosses some love first!
bareMinerals Prime Time Brightening Eyelid Primer - I did not like this product, I found it really thick and hard to smooth out onto my lids. I wouldn't purchase the full size.
Simple Soothing Eye Balm* (reviewed here) - I liked this eye cream, but for the Winter months I'm wanting something a bit thicker and creamier. I have one from Olay that I really enjoy, so I think I'll stick with that.
Ahava Mineral Body Lotion - Loved this! I just adore the scent of Ahava's products, and I haven't met a product from Ahava that I haven't loved. I think that this is a brand that doesn't get the credit that it deserves. Definitely check them out!
The Body Shop Vanilla Home Fragrance Oil - I really love the scent, but I've had it for years, so I don't even know if it's still carried!
Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins - First of all, I didn't enjoy the scent of this. But, besides that, I love this product. This is so creamy and moisturizing, I think it'd be the perfect night cream year round! This might just be the next full size night cream I purchase!
Lush Lemony Flutter (Reviewed here) - This is one of my holy grail products! This is the second pot that I've finished off. I've been without this for about three weeks, and I miss it dearly. I need this back in my life!
Lush Rub Rub Rub Shower Scrub - I picked up a sample of this to try out, and I love it! This scrub actually foams up to a gorgeous lather, which is something I've never seen in a scrub before! The scent is great, so I will probably purchase the full size in the future.
Dr. Brandt Collagen Eye Serum - I liked this, but it wasn't anything amazing or special. I don't think it's necessarily worth the price. I have an eye cream that I love from Olay that I'll stick with for now.
Herbal Essences Hydralicious Conditioner - This was an okay conditioner, but I did find the bottle quite a hassle. I find that Herbal Essences conditioners are always so hard to squeeze out of their bottles! Does anyone else find this?
OPI Pure Lacquer Nail Apps in Girly Glam* (reviewed here) - I really liked these! I thought they were quite easy to apply, and they lasted for 5 days on my nails before I removed them. I would purchase these for a special occasion, but not for everyday wear.
Urban Decay Sin Eye Shadow - I completely used up Sin from the original Naked Palette! I used this as my all over lid colour for months, and I loved it. Right now I'm trying to find something else in my stash to use as an all over lid colour, but I have a feeling it won't be long before I purchase Sin!
So that is everything I've used up in October, crazy isn't it!? I used up a lot of my full size products this month, so I don't think November's Empties will be quite as large, but you never know! Let me know if you've used any of these products, and what you've used up recently :)
That's so many products! I can't seem to make a dent in my naked palette!
ReplyDeleteI use my Naked Palette pretty much every day! I adore it, I've also hit pan on Naked, and I'm about to hit pan on Half Baked!
DeleteI love the Soap&Glory Face Soap, it's so refreshing!

I agree, I loved it!
DeleteYou always have some great faves!! Doesn't it feel good to use up a lip stick? But it is a bummer that it's discontinued.
ReplyDeleteJayme & Mendi @ Her Late Night Cravings
I tend to fly through lip products, especially balms! But I love knowing that I've thoroughly enjoyed a product that I spent my money on!
DeleteWow! So many products. :D

I know, it's a bit crazy this month!
DeleteI'm pretty sure that I've not used this many products up in a year! LOL
ReplyDeleteAw, I'm sure if you kept track of all of your empties you would realize how much you actually go through! I had no idea how much I used up before I started doing these empties posts!
DeleteWowow! Amazing amount of empties for October!
ReplyDeleteI know right!? crazy!
