OPI Pure Lacquer Nail Apps - Girly Glam

Last week I decided to try out OPI's Pure Lacquer Nail Apps for the first time! I have used nail stickers before (Sephora by OPI Trend Tips, reviewed here), which I liked, but I found that application took a really long time. So, I was waiting for a free night to use these ones from OPI.

I had the design Girly Glam*, which was the pattern that first caught my attention! This is one of the shimmer designs, which is probably why I like it so much :) These Pure Lacquer Nail Apps come in a set with 16 stickers of varying sizes. I had pretty good luck with the sizing, I was able to find 10 stickers that matched my nails. You do have 6 stickers left over, but that means that if something goes wrong on one of the nails, you can redo it.

I found these so easy to use! I removed my polish, and washed my hands. Then you just pick a sticker to match your nail shape, and remove it from the strip. I would suggest going with a size larger rather than smaller. Then, remove the top and bottom layer of film, and apply to the nail. Try to smooth the sticker out, so you aren't left with any bumps or ridges. There will be a lot of the sticker left hanging over your nail. This is really easy to remove, as anything that's not attached to the nail just tears away. Then, file of the excess. To do all 10 of my nails, it took me less than ten minutes!

I kept these on for five days, and by that time I had a bit of tip wear on a few nails, but it really wasn't anything bad or too noticeable. I received quite a few compliments when I was wearing these, and I think it really does look like nail polish, not stickers! There are 14 different styles to choose from, and then there are some limited edition styles for the Skyfall Collection.

One pack retails for $14.95, and they are sold at most places that carry OPI polish. These are obviously a bit pricey for everyday wear, but I think they are great for special occasions, gifts, and stocking stuffers!

Have you ever tried out nail polish stickers? Which ones do you recommend? I have a few from the Skyfall Collection that I will be reviewing shortly :)
