Favourite Winter Lip Colours

I have to admit, I'm pretty proud of myself when it comes to how daring I've become with my lip products! Rewind to just last winter, and all you would have only seen me wearing pinks and nudes. This year, I've branched out a lot, and I thought I'd share some of my favourite products with you!

Sephora + Pantone Universe Alchemy of Color Lip Luster Lipstick in Cayenne: This lipstick adds a nice sheer wash of colour. I love the effect that the golden shimmer adds to this lipstick.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Rouge Artist Intense #48: This lipstick is on the darker side, and I really only wear it at night. #48 is a beautiful deep plum shade, and has such great pigmentation.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Rouge Artist Natural N46: I've been loving this lipstick lately, it adds a really pretty wash of colour to my lips. I find the Rouge Artist Natural line so easy to apply and wear.

Maybelline Color Sensational 645 Red Revival: This is a great drugstore find! The Colour Sensational line has been really impressing me lately, and I think Red Revival would make a great red holiday lip!

Maybelline Color Sensational 410 Blissful Berry: I've been loving berry shades lately, and this one from Maybelline is so easy to wear. The formula is creamy but also long wearing.

Revlon Lip Butter Peach Parfait: What's not to love about these Lip Butters? I'm really wanting to pick up some more shades from this line! Peach Parfait is a beautiful, creamy shade with such pretty shimmer in the formula.

Maybelline Baby Lips Cherry Me: I've been obsessed with this lately! Winter wreaks havoc on my lips, and I find the Baby Lips line so hydrating. Cherry Me adds a beautiful hint of colour, especially considering it's just a tinted lip balm!

Clinique Full Potential Lips in Voluptuous Violet: Clinique makes some absolutely amazing lip products! I have a sample size of this shade, and I love the creamy formula, the high shine, and the great pigmentation.

Left to Right: MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Lip #10C*, Maybelline Color Sensational High Shine Gloss in Plum Lustre*, Maybelline Color Sensational High Shine Gloss in Gleaming Grenadine*, MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Rouge #13*, YSL Glossy Stain #16

MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Lip #10C: This makes such an amazing lip liner, and it pairs so well with many of my berry shades. I find that this helps my lip sticks stay on for longer, and I don't end up with lipstick smearing all over my face!

Maybelline Color Sensational High Shine Gloss in Plum Lustre and Gleaming Grenadine: Oh my goodness, the formula on this is just amazing! I would almost classify these as liquid lipsticks, they are so pigmented!

MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Rouge #13: Again, an amazing formula! The Aqua Rouge line is incredible, since the colours are so long lasting and highly pigmented. #13 is very deep and daring, and it's a shade I only wear at night.

YSL Glossy Stain #16: I purchased this during the Sephora VIB sale, and I do not regret it one bit! This is a beautiful colour, and worth all of the hype that it's gotten. I highly recommend checking out this line :)

So those are my top picks for this Winter season! I have everything from Drugstore to high-end, so hopefully there's something for everyone. Please leave me a comment below letting me know if we share any favourites, and what colours you've been loving lately!
