Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins

During Sephora's VIB event a few months ago, I bought Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins, after reading many positive reviews on it. I also used a small sample before deciding to buy the full size version. With this cold winter weather, I've been looking for a night-time moisturizer that really hydrates my skin.

Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins has been my go-to night moisturizer ever since I bought it. The scent of this cream is really unique, almost like a Terry's Chocolate Orange, but in a really good way! Once applied to my face, the scent disappears. The formula is thick, but it still sinks into my skin relatively quickly. This cream doesn't leave my skin looking or feeling oily, which can be a problem with some thick night creams. I love how hydrated my face feels every night after using this, my skin doesn't feel tight or dry in the morning. You need to use the tiniest amount of this cream. I've been using this for about 2 months, and I've barely put a dip in my jar!

From Sephora

"Put dullness to rest. This night cream is fortified with a system of time-released resurfacers plus minerals, moisture-rich replenishers, and vitamins C, E, and H. Relaxing aromas lull you to sleep and skin sloughs away dry, dead layers. Dullness is deleted."

Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins is supposed work over night to brighten skin, and rid dead skin. I do notice that this cream brightens my skin, and in the morning my face still feels hydrated. It's hard to notice whether or not this cream is working at resurfacing my skin, but that might be what's leading to the brightened skin!

I've really been enjoying using this night cream, and I can definitely see myself repurchasing this in the future. Right now I'm also using Origins A Perfect World daily moisturizer, and I love it. If you haven't tried out any of Origins skin care products, I would recommend checking them out! Pick up some samples from an Origins counter, or from Sephora. A 50ml jar of Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins is $49 CAD, but Origins runs lots of deals, and I actually bought mine as a part of a value set.

Let me know if you've tried out Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins before? What is your favourite night cream? :)
