Happy Friday everyone! I hope you've all had a great week, and an even better weekend :) Today I have a lip gloss to share with you from MAKE UP FOR EVER. I've been playing around with a lot of my lip products in anticipation of Spring, and this Lab Shine in the shade S0* is perfect! If you haven't tried out MUFE's Lab Shines before, you really need to.

From Sephora:

"This gloss combines camelina oil and mother-of-pearl particles that reflect light to create incredible shine that adds volume to the lips. Formulated with hyaluronic acid, it provides intense hydration with a non-sticky texture for a noticeably moisturized pout. Its subtle apricot fragrance also adds a sweet scent to your lips.

Available in 35 shades across three unique collections: Diamond, Star, and Metal. The Diamond Collection includes 12 shades that give natural looking color with sparkling, sheer coverage. The Star Collection has 14 shades with a pearly shine for medium coverage. The Metal Collection consists of nine highly pigmented shades that offer full coverage with an intense, chrome finish."

Shade S0 is described as a pearly nude, and I think that describes this shade fairly well. This gloss is from the Star Collection, but I think that it has more of a sheer finish. I have been wearing this shade on its own for a very natural look, and layered over lipsticks for an added pearly shine. The formula of MUFE's Lab Shines are one of the best lip gloss formulas I've ever tried. I also have shade S4, which is a pearly pink beige.

MUFE's Lab Shines are housed in a clear plastic tube with a small brush applicator. The formula also smells really great, almost like a mix of fruit and vanilla! Although the scent is very faint, it is detectable in the tube. The formula is creamy and moisturizing, and this gloss stays on my lips for about 5 hours before wearing off.

I couldn't be happier with MAKE UP FOR EVER'S Lab Shines! I think the formula is amazing, and the shade range is quite diverse. S0 is a really pretty, natural shade for Spring, and it's great for layering over lipsticks. Pantone named Linen as one of the hot shades this season, and S0 is a great way to bring the shade Linen into your makeup look!

MUFE's Lab Shine Lip Glosses are $21 CAD for 0.09 oz. Have you tried this formula before? If so, please leave me your shade recommendations in the comments below! :)
