Pamper Me - 03.29.13

I hope everyone is enjoying their day off, and is having a great start to the Easter long weekend! I've been enjoying my day off, and I've been indulging in a little bit of pampering. I can be quite the girly girl, and whenever I have the chance to pamper myself, I do.

First, I applied both a hair and face mask. For my hair, I went with Lush's Jasmin and Henna Fluff-Ease*. This was my first time using this product, and I really liked it! The scent is really nice, and lingers in your hair, but it's not overpowering. My hair was left feeling soft, and the amount of frizz was definitely decreased.

For my face mask, I went with Vichy's Normaderm Tri-Active Mask*, which I recently reviewed. I've really been enjoying this face mask, as you only need to leave it on for 5 minutes, and it feels comfortable on my skin. My face is left feeling soft, hydrating, and purified.

Then I hopped in the shower, and used Soap & Glory's Flake Away body scrub (reviewed here). I probably only have one more use left in this tub, so you might be seeing this in my March Empties! I really like this scrub because it's very exfoliating, but at the same time it moisturizes my skin. The oils in this formula work extremely well to hydrate!

Then I follow up by using Soap & Glory's The Righteous Butter (reviewed here). I've been absolutely loving this body butter lately! The scent is so fun and girly, and I love using it after showers, since I'm also using Soap & Glory's Clean On Me and Flake Away. The trio is amazing!

Next I used OPI's Manicure/Pedicure Lemon Tonic Mask* (reviewed here) on my hands. I think this product is great, and it's the only hand mask that I've ever heard of or tried! The Lemon Tonic scent is amazing, and it lingers on my hands for a few hours. This mask leaves my hands feeling so soft and hydrated, and velvety smooth!

Now, while all this pampering was taking place, I of course had a candle burning. My favourite candle of the moment is Bath & Body Works' 3-Wick Candle in the new Strawberry* scent (reviewed here). This scent smells very natural, not processed or artificial, and it quickly fills up my entire room.

I like to do these little pampering sessions as often as I can, which turns out to be about once or twice a week. What are your go-to pamper products?  Let me know if you like this type of post, and if you want me to write them more regularly! :)
