Bourjois So Laque Glossy - 06 Adora-bleu

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you're enjoying your weekend so far :) Yesterday my boyfriend and I went glasses shopping, and I picked out a gorgeous pair of Tiffany & co. glasses! I'm so excited about them, and I've barely taken them off since they've come home with me. If you wanted to see a FOTD featuring these new glasses, please let me know! :)

For today, I have another nail polish review for you. Last week I shared my thoughts on Bourjois' So Laque Glossy polish in the shade 04 Amande-Défilé (reviewed here), and today I bring you another great Spring shade, 06 Adora-bleu*. Bourjois' So Laque Glossy polishes dry with a high shine finish, so you can skip the top coat. Bourjois promises a full 10 days without any chipping, but I found that I could go about 5 days. This time, I'm trying out 06 Adora-bleu with OPI's Top Coat to see if I can prolong my mani any further.

06 Adora-bleu is a gorgeous light pale blue shade that is perfect for Spring. I love pastel shades like this one, and I can see myself reaching for this shade over and over again this Spring and Summer. This creme formula glided on my nails smoothly, and I almost got away with only one coat. However, I added a second coat to even things out, and to make sure the colour was opaque. I find Bourjois' So Laque Glossy formula quite thick, but that helps make painting my nails easy and quick. The brush is fairly wide, so you only need to go over each nail with one or two strokes.

Have you tried any of Bourjois' So Laque Glossy polishes? Which shades do you recommend? :)

In Canada you can find the Bourjois line at Shoppers Drug Mart.
