Lush Ice Blue Shampoo

Happy Sunday everyone! The weather is starting to look a bit better here in Canada, it's sunny and the snow is looking like it's starting to melt. Finally! I seriously cannot wait for Summer, or at least a sign of Spring.

Today I have another Retro product from Lush to share with you, Ice Blue*.

"How much mint can you handle in one shampoo? Spearmint and peppermint oils stimulate hair follicles to put life back into dull hair and wake up your senses. Ice Blue is an excellent morning shampoo for those reluctant to get up before noon. Guys don't seem to object to the scent of this one (the same scent as our Ice Blue soap - never would have guessed would you?), so it's a good one to share with them."

Ice Blue is a seriously minty shampoo, and I think it will be amazing to use in the hot summer months! The scent of menthol and mint fills up my entire shower and really wakes me up. The shampoo has a slight tingling sensation on the scalp, and it feels as though my hair is really getting clean and revitalized each time I use Ice Blue.

I have dry, damaged hair, and Ice Blue shampoo really helps to smooth my mane and reduce frizz. My hair is left feeling soft, manageable, and shiny. I've really been impressed by this shampoo! Lush also says that this shampoo is great for oilier hair that tends to get dull. This shampoo formula is slightly clarifying, but I don't find it to be drying at all.

If you're placing an online order from Lush, I highly recommend trying out Ice Blue! Since this is a retro product, you can't pick it up in-store. Ice Blue retails for $9.95 for 100ml, and $29.95 for 500ml.

Have you tried Lush's Ice Blue or any other of their retro products? Leave me your recommendations in the comments below! :)

  1. Not sure if I have ever seen this but I love mint scented things and I also have dry and damaged hair so I'd like to try this out too!
