Urban Decay Theodora Palette

About a month ago I reviewed Urban Decay's Glinda Palette, and today I bring you the other Oz item, the Theodora Palette! I've been loving both palettes, and I think you should definitely pick them up while you still can.

Urban Decay Theodora Palette

Urban Decay Theodora Palette

"Inspired by the Disney film’s theme of good witch vs. bad witch (and the good witch/bad witch dichotomy in all of us), Urban Decay created two collectible palettes loaded with beautiful, never-before-seen shades. Recreate Theodora’s captivating, edgy look with eight all new and exclusive eye shadows in six pans (this set includes two duo-shades that are split in half, with a different color on each side of the pan). Every shade features Urban Decay’s Pigment Infusion System™, the proprietary blend of ingredients that gives each shade its velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power, and blendability.

This set contains:
- 6 x 0.05 oz Eyeshadow in Broken (pale cream satin), Beware (warm brown matte), Bewitch (dark charcoal brown satin), West (deep metallic brown shimmer), Spell (black satin with green and gold shimmer and gold metallic with tonal glitter), Jealous (pale green pearl and dark green pearl)
- 0.03 oz 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in Zero (black)
- 0.1 oz Super-Saturated High Gloss Color in Theodora (bright red cream)
- A card with step-by-step instructions on how to get Theodora’s look from the film" - Sephora

I love the eye shadow shades included in the Theodora Palette, as many are variations of browns, and are very wearable. The added green and gold shades are great to add a pop of colour to an otherwise neutral eye look. The black eye liner included is very practical, but I think I would have preferred to have seen a brown or green liner included instead. The Super-Saturated High Gloss Color in Theodora is very bright, and I haven't had a chance to actually wear it yet. I like that Urban Decay included this bold shade, as it would be a great statement lip to wear with a neutral eye.

Both of the Oz Palettes (Glinda & Theodora) are Urban Decay's Build Your Own Palettes. This means that each shadow is removable, and you can rearrange the shades as you wish. When one shade runs out, you can replace it with another UD shadow. Also, if you have multiple Urban Decay Shadows, you can build your perfect palette for a trip, as this little palette is travel-friendly.

I love Urban Decay's shadows, I find that they stay on all day long. They don't fade, crease, smear, nothing. UD makes some of my favourite eye shadows, and I really don't think you can go wrong with this palette. Plus, the packaging is super cute, and you can keep it and reuse it long after you use up the shadows inside! :)

Did you pick up either of Urban Decay's limited edition Oz Palettes? They retail for $49 USD or $58 CAD.
