Jennifer Aniston Perfume

I've recently fallen back in love with a perfume, and I realized that I haven't reviewed it yet! I picked up Jennifer Aniston's perfume about a year ago I think, and to be honest I haven't made that big of a dent in my bottle. I really loved it when I first bought it, and then I became obsessed with Marc Jacobs' Daisy Eau So Fresh. But now I have rekindled my love for this fragrance, and I've been reaching for it every day in May. Also, have I ever mentioned that I have a massive girl crush on Jennifer Aniston? Seriously, she can do no harm.

"In the creation of her debut fragrance, Jennifer Aniston called to mind her earliest and most beloved recollections of scent. Evoking memories of sunny days at the beach and happy summer nights, this captivating composition includes light, blooming floral notes set against a sensual base of musk and woods.

"I wanted this fragrance to be a personal library of scent memories. For example, my love of night blooming jasmine has lasted a lifetime. Growing up in California, I distinctly remember the scent of jasmine on summer evenings. I consider the scent of the ocean to be one of life's most uplifting sensual experiences. No aroma is quite so purifying, humbling and exhilarating. The combination of the salty air and tropical oils reminds me of long sunny days on the beach-pure happiness." —Jennifer Aniston

The bottle, inspired by Jennifer's love and appreciation of architecture, references the flow of a Frank Gehry building and the fluidity of a cresting wave.

Citrus Grove Accord, Rose Water, Jasmine, Violet, Amazon Lily, Musk, Amber, Sandalwood.
Style: Sensual. Floral. Clean"

I have the 1.7oz bottle, the rollerball, and the scented body lotion, that all came in a gift set at Sephora. I've been keeping the rollerball in my purse for easy touch ups throughout the day. This perfume has good lasting power, but I still do always like to touch up my fragrance about mid-day.

I really love the design of this perfume bottle, I think it's elegant, timeless, and simple. I'm a real sucker for perfume bottles, and I love having all of my fragrances set up on display on my vanity.

I'm horrible at describing fragrances, but I would say that this perfume is perfect for summer, as it has a beachy feel with a hint of vanilla. This scent is on the heavier side, but I think it's still a great day-time option. I only use one or two sprays of this fragrance, (whereas I could use 4-5 of my Daisy Eau So Fresh). Be careful not to go overboard with this fragrance, since it is a heavier scent.

If you're in the market for a new Summer fragrance, I highly recommend giving this perfume a sniff! If you've tried this perfume, let me know how you like it! Also, let me know what your favourite Spring/Summer frangrances are in a comment below :)
