Maybelline Color Whisper - Faint for Fuchsia

Happy Friday everyone! This coming Monday is Canada Day, so all of us Canadians have a long weekend to enjoy :) I have my best friend visiting me for the weekend, which I'm really excited about! We plan to go see the concert and firework on Parliament hill on Canada Day, should be lots of fun :) Today I have another one of Maybelline's Color Whisper's to share with you, this time in the shade Faint for Fuchsia*.

Faint for Fuchsia is a beautiful light pink shade that is super easy to wear. I really like these less pigmented balms like the Color Whispers and Revlon's Lip Butters for on the go application. These Color Whispers are so hydrating and creamy, but they still have a good amount of pigmentation. The color from this tinted balms lasts on my lips for about 3-4 hours before I need to reapply. These don't withstand eating or drinking. However, applying is so easy (you don' even need a mirror!), so I don't mind reapplying.

I tend to gravitate towards pink lip shades like this one, as I find them very flattering, feminine, and easy to pull off. Faint for Fuchsia has a nice glossy finish to it, which I love. The formula is incredibly creamy and moisturizing. These Color Whispers almost feel like a combination of a balm and gloss, in a good way! These are so comfortable to wear, and they don't dry out my lips at all.

Have you tried any of Maybelline's Color Whispers? Faint for Fuchsia is just a bit darker than Petal Rebel, which is a light baby pink. If you have one, you probably don't need the other shade. Leave me your shade recommendations in a comment below, as the Color Whisper line has a ton of shades! :)
