Garnier Fructis Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk

Ottawa has been extremely humid lately, and all of us ladies know that this is not good news for our hair. I've been on the hunt for some sort of product to help out my frizzy locks for years now, and I think I've found a favourite in Garnier Fructis' Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk*!

I apply this to my hair after every wash. I first apply a hair oil, then this Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk, followed by Not Your Mother's Smooth Moves Frizz Control Hair Cream. This trio has been working beautifully on my hair, so I might do a separate post on that! :) Garnier Fructis' Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk has that classic Fructis scent, which I quite like. This scent doesn't linger in my hair, which I also appreciate. I add about a dime sized amount of product to my damp hair, focusing on my ends first, and adding the last bit to my roots.

This product really does help protect my hair against humidity, and I definitely notice my hair staying sleeker, smoother, and frizz-free for longer. This cream doesn't weigh my hair down (fortunately I have a lot of natural volume, so not too many products weight down my hair). If you have very fine hair, just apply a bit less product. This product also leaves my hair feeling very smooth, but not greasy. I've been reaching for this smoothing milk every single day, because it's that good! I love that this is an affordable drugstore option, and I will definitely be picking up another bottle once I'm done with this one.

Have you tried any anti-humidity hair products? Which ones are your favourites? :)

  3. I don't love Garnier's shampoos and conditioners but they do have great styling products.
