MAKE UP FOR EVER Rouge Artist Natural - N39

I've been trying to rotate my lipsticks more often, instead of sticking to the same shade day in and day out. That's when I rediscovered MAKE UP FOR EVER's Rouge Artist Natural ($23 CDN) in the shade N39*. In the Summer months I like to try to wear brighter lip shades, and I've been loving this apricot shade lately.

From MUFE:
"Rouge Artist Natural has an ultra creamy formula that hydrates the lips with a natural sheen.
Enriched with a cocktail of vegetal ingredients, made of waxes and Cupuassu Butter, it contains nourishing properties for a moisturizing smooth texture that glides on effortlessly.
Its translucent shine reveals pure pearls and pigments for a profusion of 50 luminous shades. "

The Rouge Artist Natural line consists of some of the most hydrating lipsticks that I've ever tried. This formula keeps my lips hydrated for about 6 hours, and the colour stays on my lips for about 5 hours. The Rouge Artist Natural shades are meant to look a bit more natural, but MUFE does have a Rouge Artist Intense line as well. Even though these are more "natural" shades, they are still very pigmented. N39 is a cream shade with no shimmer or glitter. This is a more muted shade, with nude undertones.

If you want to wear more colour on your lips, but you aren't ready to rock a bold lip, the Rouge Artist Natural line might be perfect for you! These lipsticks are incredibly comfortable to wear, yet they still are fairly long-wearing and pigmented. If you've tried this line before, I would love to know you favourite shades!
