It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of NARS, especially their blushes and eyeshadows. Lately I've found myself reaching for NARS' Duo Eyeshadow in the shade Vent Glacé ($39 CAD). This duo has two very wearable silver/grey shadows that are perfect for days when I want a neutral eye, but I don't feel like wearing typical brown neutral shadows.
From Sephora:
I started off this eye look with Maybelline's Color Tattoo in Audacious Asphalt all over my lids. I then added the darker shade from this NARS duo, the shade on the right, to my outer corners. Next, I added the lighter shade from the Vent Glacé to my inner corner, and blended everything together. I love this look because it's still neutral and very wearable, but it's a bit different from the typical neutral brown shadow look.
I finished off this look with a black liquid liner on my upper lash line, and a grey pencil liner on my bottom lash line. I finished off the look with Revlon's Lash Potion on my lashes. This look is super simple to create, and I love how easy an eye shadow duo is to use. With only two shades in the palette, it's not overwhelming at all.
NARS shadows are very creamy, pigmented, and they last all day on my lids. They are quite pricey, but if you're looking for a high-end shadow, then I do highly recommend checking them out. If you've tried any of NARS' Duo Eyeshadows, please leave me your shade recommendations in a comment! :)
