OPI Ate Berries in the Canaries

I reviewed OPI's Ate Berries in the Canaries along with OPI's Rainbow Connection quite a while ago, and today I bring you Ate Berries in the Canaries by itself. I was looking through my polish stash, and I stumbled across this beautiful berry shade. I immediately painted it on my toes, with OPI's I'm Indi-A Mood for Love on my finger nails. A few days later I removed my polish, switched the polishes! I now have Ate Berries in the Canaries in my fingers, and Indi-A Mood on my toes.

This polish was released as a part of OPI's Fall 2009 Espana Collection, but I believe that it is now in their permanent collection. Ate Berries in the Canaries is a gorgeous creamy purple polish with pink and blue undertones. I find this shade very flattering, and it's one of those shades that is appropriate year-round.

This polish formula is very easy to work with, and it is completely opaque in two coats. This polish dried really quickly, to a fairly shiny finish. I normally always want to add glitter or shimmer to a creme polish, but I'm completely satisfied with this polish on its' own. I think this purple shade is very flattering, especially when I have a bit of a tan.

Have you tried this shade from OPI? What polish are you currently wearing? :)
