St. Tropez Everyday Gradual Tan for Body

After my 10 day vacation at the cottage, I left with a really nice tan. I obviously didn't want to lose this tan, but I knew that once I was home I wouldn't be able to maintain a natural tan anymore. So, I turned to my bottle of St. Tropez' Everyday Gradual Tan for Body in Medium to Dark* ($38 CAD) to help maintain my Summer glow!

"This enriched, nourishing body moisturizer cleverly combines serious skincare benefits with a healthy touch of bronze. Infused with soothing aloe vera, this lotion will help give you smoother skin while building a gradual golden tan, every day. The innovative Aromaguard™ fragrance technology eliminates the tell-tale self tan aroma by a minimum of 70%." - Sephora

St. Tropez' Everyday Gradual Tan for Body is a white cream that applies easily and sinks into your skin quickly. The colour develops over a few days, which is really great because that reduces the amount of user error. I like to use self tanners after shaving and exfoliating, as that reduces the risk of streaking and other issues. I like to use this Everyday Gradual Tan for Body two days in a row, and then only once a week after that. Even though I am quite pale, I still like the Medium/Dark version as you don't have to apply it as often. This formula gives my skin a beautiful glow and a very realistic tan colour. I haven't experienced any streaking from this tanner, which is absolutely amazing! St. Tropez claims that this self tanner is almost scent-free, but I have to disagree. I can definitely smell this self tanner on my skin, but it isn't overly strong. I'm still waiting for a self tanner to be 100% scent free!

Have you tried St. Tropez' Everyday Gradual Tan for Body? If you normally have issues with self tanners streaking then I would recommend checking out this version from St. Tropez. Since the colour builds slowly, there's less room for error. This formula is also fairly hydrating, so you can skip the moisturizer afterwards! What are your favourite self tanners? :)
