The Body Shop Born Lippy Raspberry Lip Balm

I've been a long time user of The Body Shop's lip balms, and I used to receive at least one flavour in my Christmas stocking each year. I still absolutely love these balms, and I always have one or two on the go at any given time. I'm currently using The Body Shop's Born Lippy Raspberry Lip Balm ($6 CAD), which I've really been enjoying.

These lip balms come packaged in these cute little pots. While this might not be the most sanitary packaging, I just keep my at home, so I don't mind. The Body Shop has recently changed up the labelling, and now it looks a bit edgier. The Born Lippy line is a lighter formula compared to their Lip Butter range.

This Raspberry Lip Balm gives my lips a really nice shine, with just a hint of colour. Even though this lip balm looks red in the pot, it really just gives a very subtle hint of colour to your lips. The raspberry scent is quite nice, and it isn't too overpowering on the lips. These balms don't have amazing lasting power, they won't stay on your lips through eating or drinking. I find that I have to reapply about every hour or two. If you're looking for a long lasting lip balm, this won't be a winner for you. But, I still love these for wearing around the house.

If you're looking for a new lip balm to keep on your bedside table, this one might be perfect for you. At only $6 for 10ml, this lip balm is also a great bargain, and The Body Shop is always running great promotions. I also really love the Watermelon scent, it's amazing! Have you tried these lip balms before? What scent/flavour is your favourite?
