John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Satin Shine Finishing Creme

I'm always looking for products that help my wavy hair have a bit more definition and shine. My hair on its own can sometimes look a bit limp and dull, so any product that adds a bit of texture and body is a winner in my books. John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette Satin Shine Finishing Creme* does just that, while also adding a healthy dose of shine.

"Ultra-light moisturising formula smoothes flyaways and creates subtle definition. Illuminates beautiful brown tones for silky sheen hair. For natural, colour-treated or highlighted brunette hair. Apply to dried hair. Rub a small amount of crème between palms. For a flawless finish: Smooth hands through under-layers of hair, then lightly over surface. For subtle definition: Use fingers to 'pull' crème through select sections of hair to create soft separation. Reapply as needed." - John Frieda

I've tried John Frieda's Brilliant Brunette Satin Shine Finishing Creme on both damp and dry hair, and I think that it works well both ways. On dry hair, this products offers a bit more definition and texture. You just need a pea sized amount of this creme, if you use more then your hair might get that dirty feeling from too much product. I like to use this on the bottom half of my hair, using almost zig-zag motions to create more definition. If I'm wearing my hair straight, I will add this as the last step which adds a healthy shine. This is a white creme, it doesn't have any colour to it, but it does help bring out brunette tones. This finishing creme has a nice natural hold to it that doesn't create any unwanted crunchiness.

This Finishing Creme from John Frieda has definitely won over a spot in my daily hair care routine! I absolutely love how this product enhances my natural wave, adding both texture and shine. Have you tried this product before? What are your tips and tricks for adding definition?
