I've raved about Lush's Solid Shampoos many of times before on this blog, and I've recently just started using a new (to me) formula. Lush's Seanik Solid Shampoo* ($11.95 CAD/55g) is my new current solid shampoo as I've just used up Lush's Ultimate Shine. Lush's Seanik is a bright blue shade with a beautiful, uplifting scent.
If you've tried Lush's Rub Rub Rub, then you'll definitely recognize that scent in Seanik. If you haven't used a solid shampoo bar before, they're very easy to use! I wet my hair, and then just rub this bar on my scalp for a few seconds. Seanik lathers up really nicely, and performs just like a traditional shampoo. Seanik gives my hair volume, shine, and body. I found Ultimate Shine to be a bit drying, but I Seanik is a nice balancing shampoo, and can be used every time you shampoo your hair.
I've really been loving this formula, it cleans my hair gently and adds a lovely shine and bounce to my locks. These solid shampoo bars are perfect for travelling as you don't run the risk of spilling shampoo all over your suitcase. Make sure to store yours in a dry place, like the little tins that Lush sells. That way they won't melt down before you get to fully use them.
Have you tried any of Lush's solid shampoos? Which formula is your favourite? :)
I haven't tried any solid shampoos but I'm quite intrigued by them, hoping to pick one up eventually :)

You definitely should! I would recommend either Seanik or Godiva :)
DeleteI own this one from my Lush Beach Kit and still haven't used it because it scares me!
ReplyDeleteOh you definitely should use it! It's really easy to use :)

Isn't it awesome? :) I like Ultimate Shine too, but it's a bit too drying for me to use as my regular shampoo. I like it better as a weekly clarifying shampoo!
DeleteI might give this a try - looks very cool!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing! :)
