Laboratoire Dr Renaud Sensi-derm Anti-Stress Mask

I'm a huge face mask junkie, and I really enjoy taking the time to pamper myself a few times a week. Laboratoire Dr Renaud's Sensi-derm Anti Stress Mask* ($46.95 CAD/2.1oz) has been my go to mask lately, and today I thought I'd share my thoughts on it with you! Being a fourth year university student, the name "Anti-Stress" immediately appealed to me. While this mask won't write your exams or research papers, it does feel luxurious and pampering, and it leave my skin feeling incredible.

"No less than 20 active ingredients in this concentrated “anti-stress” treatment to be used throughout the year or in emergency situations.
  • soothes irritated skin in a few minutes and eliminates all sensations of discomfort
  • shields the skin from daily aggressions
  • increases its resistance and tolerance
  • stimulates its well-being and comfort
  • quickly restores its strength, well-being and glow" - Laboratoire Dr Renaud

I've tried this face mask out both in the morning and at night, and I definitely recommend using this at night. This formula from Laboratoire Dr Renaud is extremely creamy and hydrating, which is why I like to use it at the end of the day. I apply a thin layer of this mask to my cleansed face, and leave it on for about a half an hour. You don't rinse off this mask, so you can really leave it on for as long as you wanted to (or had time to). You can pat the remaining product into your skin, or remove the excess with a damp cotton pad. I prefer to just pat in the excess product, as that ensures that your skin is getting the most hydration possible. My skin can get fairly dry in the colder months, so this product will be a staple in my skin care routine. This is hands down the most hydrating mask that I've ever used, it just leaves my skin feeling plump, smooth, and moisturized. As for the anti-stress benefits, I have noticed that this mask has calmed any redness that I had, helped heal breakouts, and restores a glow to my skin.

This is one mask that you will definitely be able to see results from after just one use. I know that I'll continue to reach for this mask throughout the Fall and Winter months, as it keeps my skin looking and feeling hydrated, plump, and healthy. If you have dry skin, or you just want a weekly moisturizing mask, I highly recommend checking out Laboratoire Dr Renaud's Sensi-derm Anti-Stress Mask. I also have the HydraScience Multi-Hydrating Mask from the brand to try out, so I'll be sure to let you know my thoughts on that soon! Have you tried any products from this brand before? What are your go-to products to keep your skin hydrated all Winter long? :)
