Lush Noriko Soap

I'm normally a shower gel kind of girl, but I always make exceptions for Lush's solid soaps. Noriko* ($6.95/100g) is a limited edition soap from Japan that's only around for the holiday season, and I've absolutely been loving it! Each slice of soap has a different coloured top, and mine is a vibrant coral shade.

"This delicate floral soap creates a soft, creamy lather that nourishes hardworking hands. With seaweed and glycerin to soften and hydrate, and rose, ylang ylang, lavender and orange oil to create a fresh, rainy garden perfume. Noriko is named after our enthusiastic Japanese friend who loves creating new LUSH products. It has become a best-selling soap in Japan, with Japanese-inspired ingredients like sake, rice decoction and tofu to nourish the skin. We've brought it back as a limited edition treat for you this winter season. Lather up and enjoy!" - Lush

Lush's Noriko lathers up incredibly well, it has one of the best lathers that I've seen from a Lush soap! Noriko has a very creamy formula, and it really works to hydrate your skin while cleansing. I absolutely love the scent of Noriko, the blend of florals and orange works really well together. This scent isn't too overpowering, and I don't find that it lingers for too long on my skin. However, I do also use a separate scented body scrub, so that might be working to tone down the scent of Noriko.

If you're looking for a hydrating and beautifully scented floral soap, you need to try out Lush's Noriko. Not only do I love how this soap looks, but it also gets the job done with an amazing lather. Have you picked up any items from Lush's Christmas Collection yet? Do you prefer shower gels or solid soaps?

  1. To be honest I'm more of a shower gel fan but I love Lush products a lot so I may give this a try, especially since you seem to like it :]
