Crabtree & Evelyn Gilded Chestnut Home Fragrance Oil

A while ago I reviewed Crabtree & Evelyn Gilded Chestnut's candle (link), and today I have their Gilded Chestnut Home Fragrance Oil* ($9/10ml) to share with you! I really like fragrance oils as I find that their scent can be stronger than that of a traditional candle. You can add this oil to a fragrance oil burner, which is how I always tend to use fragrance oils. However, you can also add a drop to potpourri!

"Cheerful holiday spirit distilled down to an ultra-concentrated essence. That's what's inside this precious bottle. Simply add a drop to potpourri or decorative pine cones. The fragrant release of apple, pear, and seasonal berries combined with musk and a sweet cream accord is evocative of family, friendship, and all of the joys of the season.
  • Highly concentrated for long-lasting aroma
  • Powerful on light bulb rings and in home fragrance oil burners
  • Adds an inviting touch to any festive gathering" - Crabtree & Evelyn

Crabtree & Evelyn's Gilded Chestnut combines notes of roasted chestnut, spices, autumn berries and whipped butter, and it is the perfect Fall/Winter fragrance. My boyfriend absolutely loves this scents, and he's already asked if I can buy a few backups! I think that the Gilded Chestnut scent is a great option to bring out during a holiday gathering since it is a very warm, inviting fragrance. The Fragrance Oil is quite potent, so you only need to add a few drops into your oil burner. This little bottle comes packaged beautifully in a small box, which I think would make a great addition to any adults' stocking!

This scent is part of Crabtree & Evelyn's Secret Garden Holiday Collection, and it is limited edition for the holidays. Read: snatch it up quickly, because it won't be around for too much longer! Do you prefer home fragrance oils or traditional candles? :)
