December 2013 Favourites

Oh man, how is it already New Years Eve? I honestly can't believe it! 2013 seemed to speed by, although certain times like exams seemed to slowly trail by. All in all, I think that 2013 was a good year, but I'm excited to see what 2014 has in store for me. Now, on to my December Favourites!

NARS Duo Eyeshadow - Sugarland (reviewed here) -I've kind of rediscovered this duo in my makeup stash this month, and I've been getting a lot of use out of it lately. I love both shades in this duo, and they pair together beautifully.

Benefit Full-Finish Lipstick in Mod Squad (reviewed here) - This pale pink lip stick looks gorgeous paired with a smokey eye. I've kept this lipstick in my purse, and I've worn is almost every single day this month! It's beautiful :)

Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Pout - This gloss pairs wonderfully with Benefit's Mod Squad, and this duo has gotten a ton of wear this month. This pale pink gloss can also been worn on its' own, and I find that it's a flattering pale pink that doesn't wash out your lips. This Lip Enhancing Gloss formula is beautiful and creamy, I really like it!

Agadir Argan Oil Volumizing Styling Mousse* (reviewed here) - This mousse contains argan oil, so it's very hydrating for your hair. My hair is dry, damaged, and wavy/curly, so this mousse is absolutely perfect for me! This product leaves my hair feeling soft, and my frizz is diminished.

Bobbi Brown Creamy Corrector in Light Bisque - I've been using this corrector on my under eye circles before applying my brightening concealer. This formula does a great job concealing dark circles, and it doesn't crease on me at all. The formula is slightly thick and tacky, but it blends into my skin beautifully and stays all day long.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Bold Blush in Tantalizing (reviewed here) - This blush is absolutely gorgeous, and I'm so glad that I decided to splurge on this item! I think that Tantalizing is the perfect Fall/Winter berry blush, and it blends effortlessly into my skin.

Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black (reviewed here) - This formula is so creamy and easy to use, but it's also waterproof! Once it sets it will not budge, smear, or smudge, and it stays on my eyes all day long. The colour is a deep, true black shade.

L'Occitane One Minute Hand Scrub* (reviewed here) - This scrub is so luxurious and I love to use it before I paint my nails. The Shea scent of this product is very nice, and this formula leaves my hands feeling baby soft!

Benefit Sun Beam (reviewed here) - I've been adding a few drops of this bronzey highlighter into my foundation every day this month. I love the glowy look that Sun Beam adds to my skin, and it isn't too over the top or frosty.

So there you have it, all of the products that I've been adoring this past month! I'll also be sharing my 2013 favourites within the next few days, so keep your eyes out for that post. I would love to know what products you've been loving, so please leave me a comment below! Happy New Years everyone! :)

  2. The Marc Jacobs blush looks absolutely stunning. I will have to try the Agadir argan oil mousse. I have been looking for argan oil hair products which are moisturizing for my dry hair in the cold weather. Thanks for recommending!

    Happy New Year to you!

That pink shade in the NARS duo is so pretty!
+ I keep forgetting Benefit does lipsticks, since we never see 'em in Sephora (Shoppers has it, right?)
    Anyways, Happy New Year's! c:

    1. It went by so quickly!
I bought the Benefit lipstick at Shoppers, it's a shame that Sephora doesn't carry them!
