Lush Sultana of Soap

I recently finished off Lush's Noriko soap, which I really loved. I decided to turn to my Lush stash to replace Noriko, and I decided on Lush's Sultana of Soap* ($6.40/100g). This soap has a really interesting look to it, there's a layer of fruit at the top of the bar!

Lush Sultana of Soap

"Revel in Sultana’s majesty, and have a wash with the royalty of soaps. It looks like a fancy Italian dessert; a giant nougat cake topped with succulent currants and apricots. Smooth a slice of our soft decadent soap all over your body for a creamy lather and the most dazzling bergamot and olibanum scent. Your skin will be delighted and you’ll be left softer and smelling like a fancy candy shop with a touch of fruity sweetness. If you weren’t invited to the wedding, at least you can brush shoulders with royalty in the shower." - Lush

Lush Sultana of Soap

Sultana of Soap smells incredible, and whenever I use it the scent fills up my entire bathroom. There are dried currants and apricots at the top of the soap, which I think is pretty cool. The fruit at the top doesn't add much to the soap in terms of exfoliation, but it does add to the delicious scent! This soap has an extremely creamy formula, and it lathers up very well. I also find that this formula works to hydrate my skin. The scent of Sultana of Soap lingers on my skin for a little while, but not more than an hour or two.

Lush's solid soaps are fairly expensive, but I do think they're worth the splurge. Lush has a ton of different scents and formulas, and you can always ask the employees for a sample of any of them. If you're looking for a yummy scented soap that won't dry out your skin, definitely try out Lush's Sultana of Soap! What is your favourite soap from Lush? :)
