December 2013 Empties

Well, it's that time again - empties! Yet again, I have an insane amount of empty products to share with you. Everything from hair care to lip sticks, glosses, and body lotions. I don't know how I continue to use up so many products, but month after month I continue to deliver huge empties posts! Let's get started...

Dove Style + Care Flexible Hold Hairspray - This was a nice hairspray, and I really love this line from Dove!

Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle (reviewed here) - I absolutely love this deep conditioner, and I've recently bought a 4 pack from Amazon! If you haven't tried this before, check it out :)

KEVIN.MURPHY LUXURY.WASH & RINSE* (reviewed here) - Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this combo! These small bottles lasted me almost 4 months, which is pretty unbelievable! I highly recommend this shampoo & conditioner duo if you have dry or damaged hair.

John Frieda Luminous Glaze Clear Shine Gloss* (Reviewed here) - I really liked this product, and I would apply it to my dry hair before showering. After about 20 minutes, I would shampoo it out, and I was left with silky, shiny hair! I would use this about every 2 weeks to maintain the shine factor.

John Frieda Conditioner - This was leftover from a box of hair dye that I used a few months ago. I love when at home hair dyes include large conditioners like this one! :)

Curl Keeper - I've used about half of this bottle, but I'm just going to go ahead and toss it. I really don't like this formula, it's thick and sticky, and it's just not worth using up completely!

Jennifer Aniston Perfume (reviewed here) - I loved this scent! I've had this bottle for quite a while, and it finally ran out. I still have a rollerball in this scent, so I won't be repurchasing a full size bottle just yet.

Lush Dream Cream* (reviewed here) - This was my first time trying out a body lotion from Lush, and I've fallen in love! Dream Cream is very soothing and hydrating, it would be great for sensitive skin.

Lush Volcano Foot Mask* (reviewed here) - This was such a fun product! If you have dry feet, you might want to check out this foot mask.

The Body Shop Ginger Sparkle Body Butter* (reviewed here) - This is one of The Body Shop's limited edition scents for the holidays, and I really enjoyed it. I normally just stick to their Vanilla Bliss scent around the holidays, but it was nice to try out the ginger version!

The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Body Butter (reviewed here) - I've used this before, but I started to like this scent a lot more this time around! This formula was really hydrating, and the sweet lemon scent was nice and toned down.

Lush Ro's Argan Body Conditioner (reviewed here) - This formula is so nice and luxurious, and you can't beat the rose scent! I absolutely love this product :)

Bath & Body Works Apple Blossoms Soap - I love these soaps from BBW, and I will continue to repurchase!

NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 sample - I honestly wasn't a huge fan of this formula, so I wouldn't purchase the full size.

Institut Esthderm Intensif Propolis Serum* (reviewed here) - I just used this up a few nights ago, and I'm already missing it! I already have a backup though, which I'll be starting to use ASAP! I love this to help heal breakouts and acne scars.

Garnier Skin Renew BB Cream (reviewed here) - This bottle seemed to last me ages! This is a product that I would use every day for months, and then not touch again for another couple months. I got a lot of use out of this in the hot summer months, and I would definitely repurchase after I've used up some of my other base products.

Caudalie Vinosource Quenching Sorbet-Creme - This formula was almost a mousse, and I really did enjoy it. However, this cream is fairly pricey, and I did find that I had to use quite a bit for each application.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Lab Shine #S4* (reviewed here) - This formula from MUFE needs to get more attention in the beauty world because it's really amazing! This shade was a beautiful sheer sparkly pink, and I'm definitely wanting to try out a few more shades from the line.

Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm in Peach - I love Carmex, and this formula gave a nice light peachy tiny to my lips. I would definitely repurchase!

Maybelline Master Duo 2-in-1 Glossy Liquid Liner in Black Lacquer* (reviewed here) - At first, I wasn't wowed by this liquid liner, but it quickly grew on me! The wand was really easy to use, this shade was quite pigmented. There is a purple shade in the line with horrible pigmentation, so be aware of that!

Maybelline Color Whisper in Faint for Fuchsia* (reviewed here) - This shade was beautiful, and I really enjoy this formula from Maybelline.

Maybelline Color Whisper in Go Nude (reviewed here) - This shade was a great natural nude that was really easy to wear! Again, I really like this formula.

Tarte Glamazon Pure Performance 12-Hour Lipstick in Inspired (reviewed here) - This shade is beautiful, and I really want to buy a full size tube. However, these lipsticks are so pricey, and you don't get a ton of product. I might buy this during the next Sephora sale though!

Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate (reviewed here) - I found this at Winners a long time ago for $4, and I really loved this formula. However, I didn't love that it came in a pot. This shade was quite pigmented, so I would have preferred to have this in a tube!

Clarisonic Acne Brush Head - Clarisonic recommends changing your brush head every 3 months, but sometimes I drag it out a little bit longer. I really love using my Clarisonic every morning, and I highly recommend it!

Olay Daily Facials - I actually really loved these! I used these a lot back in high school, but I haven't used them since. I liked using one of these clothes at night to remove my makeup, and then I would cleanse my skin.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub - I used to adore this scrub, but lately I've found it a bit too harsh for my skin. I've switched over to a scrub from SkinCeuticals that I'm loving a lot more!

Crabtree & Evelyn Rose Water Hand Therapy* (reviewed here) - I absolutely loved this floral scent! This formula was really nice and it sunk into my hands quickly. I already have a backup!

Cake Vanilla Cashmere Velveteen Hand Crème* (reviewed here) - This was a limited edition scent for the holidays, and I really enjoyed it. This hand cream formula from Cake is amazing, I highly recommend it!

Bioderma Sébium Global* (reviewed here) - This was a nice light moisturizer that helped to control oils, and it's great for acne-prone skin. If you haven't tried anything from Bioderma other than their cleansing waters, give the rest of their line a try!

Simple Moisturizing Facial Wash - I really liked to use this cleanser on my Clarisonic, the duo worked wonderfully!

Simple Hydrating Light Moisturizer - My boyfriend was actually the one that used this, but I thought I would include it anyways. He loves this formula, and his skin can get fairly dry.

Lush Tea Tree Water (reviewed here) - I really fell in love with this toner! I loved that you can just spray this toner onto your face, but you can also put it onto a cotton pad. I would definitely repurchase.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir (reviewed here) - This 100ml bottle lasted me almost an entire year, and I used it every single morning! I really love this formula, but I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative.

Lush Sultana of Soap* (reviewed here) - Oh man, the scent of this soap is to die for! I absolutely love it, and I need another chunk of this soap in my life!

Urban Decay Marshmallow Sparkling Lickable Body Powder - Do you remember when these were released a few years ago? I liked adding a bit of this into an unscented body lotion, and the marshmallow scent was really nice.

Clairol Nice'n Easy Color Blend Foam in 4 Dark Brown - This turned my hair a bit darker than I was expecting, but I still really liked it. The foam formula was also really easy to apply!

Yankee Candle Strawberry Buttercream and Cookies & Cream Tarts - I love these little tarts, and will always repurchase! Strawberry Buttercream was a bit too sweet for my liking though.

Lush Pumkin Bubble Bar* (reviewed here) - This smelt really nice and citrusy, and I actually liked to a bit of it crumbled into my loofah in the shower!

So there you have it, all of my December 2013 empties! In 2014 I'm really going to be focusing on using up more makeup products, and I'm thinking about doing a "14 Products I Want to Use Up in 2014" post. Let me know if that's something that you would like to see! What products have you used up lately?

    1. Aw thanks! The Olay wipes are ones that you have to wet yourself, they don't come pre-soaked! :)

    1. Thanks! I tend to just stick to one product at a time instead of bouncing back and forth between a bunch of products! :)

  3. Your empty posts are always insane. It would take me a year to use all this stuff! I think I'm far too conservative, but I hate wasting stuff. Impressive empty post again xx
