Institut Esthederm Cellular Water Spray

Over the past year I've become a big fan of spa waters, and lately I've been trying out Institut Esthederm's Cellular Water Spray* ($34). I recently ran out of my 100ml bottle of Caudalie's Beauty Elixir, and I'm looking for an alternative for that. I've been using Institut Esthederm's Cellular Water Spray after cleansing & toning and before applying the rest of my skin care.

"Water quality plays a key role. Thermal waters can cure certain conditions but they are not ideal for healthy skin. While the demineralized water generally used in cosmetics is pure, it does not provide an ideal cellular environment for the skin. This is why Esthederm Institute researchers invented Cellular Water to replicate the water found naturally in the skin to ensure lasting vitality. Skin is revitalized, full of life, bursting with health; your skin's quality of life is ensured!" - Esthederm

Institut Esthederm's Cellular Water Spray comes packaged in a sleek silver tube. The spray applicator is really easy to use and it offers a great even spray. I love that this spray contains cellular water that replicates the water naturally found in our skin. I love to use this product before applying my serum and moisturizer, and it has in fact replaced my need for Caudalie's Beauty Elixir! This formula from Institut Esthederm contains no perfume, preservatives, or colouring. If you have sensitive skin you might want to check out this product! You can also use this cellular water over top of makeup to set your products, or to bring so life to an overly matte or powdery look. This spray will also be amazing to use as a pick me up in the hot Summer months.

Overall, this is definitely a luxury item, but I do really love it. Is this a necessity? No. But I do think that it's a fun addition to my skincare routine. I love the cooling sensation from this cellular water, and I do find that it helps to bring some life to my skin. Have you tried this product from Institut Esthederm before, or any similar products? :)
