Boo Bamboo Boo Berry Colour Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment

Earth Day is quickly approaching, and if you want to add some more natural products into you life, then I have just the brand for you! Boo Bamboo is an all natural, Canadian brand, and I've been trying out a few of their products. First up: Boo Bamboo's Boo Berry Colour Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment* ($10.99 CAD/120 ml).

Boo Berry Colour Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment

"The ultimate colour enhancing treatment. Its intense colour revitalizing formula with Bamboo extract and Boo Berries™ (jojoba beads containing a custom blend of antioxidant berry extracts) absorbs quickly into your hair to enhance and protect colour treated hair. This conditioning treatment is designed to restore dried out, and damaged locks caused by continuous colouring. Repairs deep into hair’s cortex, and outer cuticle for shiny hair that is easier to manage.

• Specifically designed to prolong the life of colour treated hair
• Restores damage caused by colour treatments
• All Natural Formula
• Paraben & DEA Free." - Boo Bamboo

Boo Berry Colour Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment

Boo Bamboo's Boo Berry Colour Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment comes in a simple plastic tub with a navy twist off lid. This hair mask is a white cream with blue and red little beads - "boo berries". These are actually jojoba beads containing a custom blend of antioxidant berry extracts, and I think that they're adorable! This product smells absolutely incredible, and it reminds me of rainbow (of funfetti) cake - yum! The scent is both sweet and fruity, and I've been opening the jar multiple times just to smell it again and again.

I start by shampooing my hair, and then I'll take a scoop of this hair mask and apply it from root to tip. That's right, I apply this right onto my scalp! I leave it on for the duration of my shower, about 5 minutes, and then rinse with cool water. This formula is thick and creamy, but it rinses out of my hair easily, and none of the little boo berries get left behind. I do colour my hair, so any product that promises to prolong the life of my colour is a winner in my books. I find that this mask leaves my hair soft, shiny, smooth, and tangle free. This stuff is seriously good. In addition, this product is cruelty free and vegan! What's not to love?

If you haven't been able to tell by now, I think that this product is a real winner! I love that this product is all natural, yet it still works incredibly well (plus the scent is perfection). If you're looking for some new green products this Earth Day, definitely check out Boo Bamboo & support a Canadian company. Fellow Canadian Beauty Blogger Steph from Fun Size Beauty has reviewed a few other products from the brand, which you can see here. Are you going to try to go a bit more natural this Earth Day?
