"Sweet pastel color nails
Use the soft texture to draw roughly for melting look!" - Mootta
Etude House's Ice Cream Nails in OR202 is a creamsicle orange polish with a creme formula. I did find that this formula was a bit thin, and even with two coats I did have some bald spots. However, this polish did dry fairly quickly to a nice, shiny finish. I have to say that I don't think that this shade compliments my skin tone that well, and it kind of washes me out.
Overall, this polish was a bit of a flop for me. The formula was a bit too thin for my liking, and the colour wasn't perfect for my skin tone. There are a few other shades from Etude House that I'm interested in, and the blue shade that I reviewed earlier had a much better formula. Have you tried any polishes from Etude House? Which shades do you recommend?
This bottle is adorable!! So cute :)
ReplyDeleteThe bottle is ridiculously cute! :)
DeleteSuch a cute bottle! The peach color looks cute on you I think!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteI really love the bottle, but like you think the colour would wash me out xx
ReplyDeleteYa, luckily there are other shades in the range that I like better, and you still get the super cute bottle! :)
DeleteI can totally see why you don't like this shade, I find orange-y nudes quite unflattering on most skin tone... they are ok for nail art stuff though but that's far as that goes
ReplyDeleteYa, it just doesn't work at all with my skin tone! I thought it just looked a bit off
DeleteThese types of shades don't go well with my skin tone either, and it sucks about the formula too. Still love the packaging, and other colours definitely have better formulas.
ReplyDeleteYa, the rest of the line is definitely a lot more promising!
Deleteomg that bottle!
ReplyDeleteCute, right?! :)
DeleteThis colour reminds me of Barbie doll skin. o_o
ReplyDeleteHaha omg you're so right!
