I've been loving a lot of honey beauty products lately, and I thought that I'd bring them all together and share the love! A ton of brands are releasing honey related lines, and I'm absolutely loving them. Honey is traditionally known as being a very sweet scent, but every brand has been able to create a unique twist on this well-known fragrance.
Crabtree & Evelyn English Honey and Peach Blossom Ultra-Moisturising Hand Therapy* ($20 CAD/100g) - This has the same great scent as the All Purpose Balm. I love applying this before bed, because it's super hydrating and nourishing.
The Body Shop Honey Bronze Shimmering Dry Oil ($23 CAD/100 mL) - This might be a bit of a cheat item, since it doesn't actually smell of honey. But honey is in the name, so I thought that I'd still include it! This product is perfect for the Spring and Summer seasons, as it adds a beautiful shimmer and glow to your skin. Love!

Lush Honey Trap* ($7.25/10g) - I have been obsessed with this lip balm lately!! This is one of the few balms that I can apply before bed, and I'll wake up with moisturized lips. The sweet honey scent isn't overpowering.
The Body Shop Honeymania Bubble Bath Melt* ($12/300ml) - The Body Shop's Honeymania line combines sweet and floral notes, which is a nice original take on that familiar honey scent. This bubble bath melt is hydrating and creates a ton of bubbles.
I have two honey scented perfumes that I've been loving - one which is quite affordable, and one in the luxury range. Marc Jacobs Honey EDP* ($80/1.7oz.) comes is a beautiful, fun bottle. The Body Shop Honeymania Eau De Toilette*($14 CAD/1oz) comes in simple packaging, which is also easy to pop in your purse for easy on the go refreshers. Both scents are sweet and floral, and Marc Jacobs' version does last a bit longer on my skin. Both are wonderful, and I do think that both have a place in my perfume collection!
So there you have it, all of the honey-related beauty products that I've been using! A lot of brands are coming out with honey products, and I can't wait to try out more and more :) Have you tried any honey beauty products? I would love to hear your recommendations!
I LOVE honey products and I actually was planning to do a similar post in the future cause they are so yummy! One of my favourites is Lush It's Raining Men (I recently finished a 500 mL bottle and somehow lost the container so it can't go in my empties!) because Lush just does such great honey scents. I really want to try the MJ perfume, but the TBS one is lovely! I am also using their honey soap at the moment.Yum! Basically I want everything in this post that I don't already have! :)
ReplyDeleteYay can't wait to see your honey post! :)
Deletei qiute like the scent of honey but someitmes i can be overwhelming. The perfume "Back to Black: Aphrodisiac" from "By Kilian" is so strong in honey notes. pretty good but sometimes a bit much. i still need to check out the line from the body shop! its been on my list for a while.

Ooh that scent sounds really nice! :)
DeleteThe honey flavored lip balm from Burts Bee is a classic too :)
ReplyDeleteYes, definitely! :)
DeleteI love honey products, so this post is speaking to me lol. I agree with you on the Kiehl's Creme de Corps - It's so luxurious!
ReplyDeleteIsn't honey such a calming scent? I love it! :)
DeleteI only have 1 Honey-scented product and it's Haus of Gloi Honey Tree body butter. It's a slightly smoky honey scent which I find delicious throughout the day. GREAT round-up of honey products. I am definitely interested in the Kiehl's and MJ fragrance.
ReplyDeleteOoh I've never even heard of that product!!
DeleteGreat round up! I love that MJ scent :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! It's nice, right? :)
DeleteI tend to gravitate more towards fruity scents for spring and summer, but I think honey is one of those scents that you can never go wrong with.
ReplyDeleteI also love fruity scents for Summer! :)
