Revlon's Cream Blush in Coral Reef

Last month I shared Revlon's Cream Blush in Pinched, and now I'm back with the shade Coral Reef*(11.95 CAD/12.4g)! I absolutely love cream blushes, they just melt into your skin and can look very natural. Coral Reef is a beautiful bright shade for Spring/Summer, and it's one that I think you should add to your collection!

Revlon's cream blushes come in simple clear plastic packaging and a black lid. The packaging definitely leaves a lot to be desired - it's just a bit boring, in my opinion. However, I can overlook the packaging because the product inside is so amazing! Can I also mention how much product you get in this little tub? I recently reviewed MAKE UP FOR EVER'S new HD Blush, and that only contains only 2.8g (for 3x the price)!

As with all of my cream blushes, I like to use my Real Techniques Stippling Brush to apply. This formula is so smooth and creamy, and it blends into my skin effortlessly. This cream almost melts into my skin, and it doesn't accentuate my pores at all. This cream formula doesn't move around my foundation, which I've found some cream blushes to do.

Coral Reef is a beautiful bright coral shade that can be applied fairly sheer, or it can be easily built up for a bolder cheek. Revlon's formula is super creamy and easy to blend out. This formula is also  long-wearing, and this shade lasts on my cheeks for 9 hours before it starts to fade! If you set this with a powder blush, it will last even longer.

I think that Revlon's Cream Blushes are some of the best on the market - high-end or drugstore! If you haven't tried them before, what are you waiting for? I see myself reaching for Coral Reef a lot over the next few months, as it's definitely a Spring/Summer shade.

*I'm on my way to China now, so wish me luck with the long day of travelling! I have posts scheduled for the next 10 days, but I won't be replying to comments/tweets, etc.*

  6. I've always been so intrigued by the Revlon cream blushes, especially anything with a reddish tone but after the numerous blushes I brought on holiday I will not be making any purchases for a while!

  9. I think compared to the MUFE one, this one still lacks the smooth/creaminess in consistency. But price-wise... so much more affordable!

  12. I actually don't like Pinched at all--the colour is too sheer! But I do have to say that I actually really enjoy the packaging of this! It's simple, but not that boring for me! THIS COLOUR IS SO GORGEOUS THOUGH!!!! I might have to pick it up...eventually :p
Anyways, I hope you're having a lovely time in China! By the looks of your Instagram though, you probably are ;)

    1. Ya Pinched is quite a light colour, but Coral Reef packs the pigmentation!
