"Create the appearance of a bold, lacquered lip with this high-definition, high-shine formula. Unlike other long-wearing formulas, Stay All Day® Vinyl Lip Gloss won’t dry out lips thanks to the infusion of nourishing and moisturizing ingredients such as seaweed extract and green coffee oil. Simply sweep onto lips for an immediate burst of color and shine that stays in place throughout the day." - Sephora
Stila's Stay All Day Vinyl Lip Gloss comes in simple clear packaging with a black twist off cap. There a curved doe foot applicator that is fairly large. I like that this applicator can cover my entire lip, and the end of the applicator can be used to outline the lips. There's a slightly fruity scent to this formula, but it isn't too strong. I find this formula is pretty thick, and highly pigmented. You get full coverage, opaque colour with a single swipe of this gloss! This formula will cling to any dry patches that you have, so you'll want to exfoliate you lips prior to application. I get about 3-4 of hydration from this gloss, but the actual colour stays put for about 6 hours. This formula will transfer while eating or drinking.
Hot Pink Vinyl is definitely an eye catching shade, but I really like it! Paired with a simple, neutral eye and a pink blush, this lip gloss is super pretty! If you're a neutrals girl, you might want to steer clear from this shade, but I think that it's perfect for Spring.
If you have dry lips, you probably won't love this formula, but otherwise I do recommend it. The shade Melon Vinyl and Fuchsia Vinyl are definitely calling my name. Have you tried any of Stila's Stay All Day Vinyl Lip Glosses? Would you wear a lippie this bright? :)
Beautiful intense shade - it reminds me of one I have from NYX :o) Xx

Thanks! :) I need to check out NYX more often, I hardly have anything from them!
Deletei have poppy! :) probably reviewing in the next few days. i really want one of the more neutral shades, but this packs a punch. i find it very sticky though, do you? it lasts a long time and the stickiness does wear off a bit, but i was surprised how sticky it was (probably why it lasts so long)
ReplyDeleteI also have poppy! It is a bit sticky, but I think it's just more of a thick formula so it didn't really bother me! :)
DeleteThis shade is beautiful! What a great pop of color :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I love how bright this is, makes me forget that there's still snow on the ground!

I've tried one shade in that formula and quite liked it too! :)
DeleteThanks for following!
That's very pigmented! Is the formula on the thicker/sticker side?
ReplyDeleteIt is a thicker formula, but I didn't find it too sticky! :)
DeleteTalk about Barbie Pink! lol I really like it :)
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely not a shade for the faint of heart!
DeleteOh wow I LOVE this color!! It looks so cool on you.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! :)
DeleteIt looks good on your lips girl, but I don't know if I could go THAT bright!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You should give a bright lippie a try, I'm really loving them! :)
DeleteThis is my favourite colour for lipsticks and glosses. So bright and pretty. Looks amazing on you. I have super dry lips so I might stay away from this, but the colour is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks Megan! Ya if you have dry lips then you probably wouldn't like this formula :(
DeleteOH SNAP THAT'S A NICE SHADE! Love it on you especially!!
