I'm back from my trip to China! Well actually, we're in a hotel in Detroit as I write this post (connecting flight was overbooked and Delta offered us a $1500 travel voucher and hotel for the inconvenience!). Our trip was
amazing, and I'll definitely write a post or two all about it. But for now, I'll be talking about my favourite products from April!
Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation* ($5.99/1 oz) - This foundation is amazing! High coverage, matte, and surprisingly natural looking - love!
Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick in Desirable* ($34/3.5 g) - This lipstick has a great formula, and I love this nude shade. The packaging is magnetic, which excites me way too much!
Lush Honey Trap* ($7.25/10g) - I've fallen back in love with this lip balm recently, it's just sooo good! This formula hydrates my lips so well - I can apply it before bed and still feel it on my lips in the morning.
Clinique Cheek Pop in Peach Pop* ($24 CAD/0.12 oz) - Ah, this packaging is just too cute! Peach Pop is a beautiful peachy orange that can be applied lightly for a sheer wash of colour, or built up for a bolder cheek. This shade is just perfect for Spring!
Smashbox Be Legendary Lip Gloss in Azalea* ($23/0.2 oz) - This new lip gloss formula from Smashbox has really impressed me! Azalea is a pretty magenta that is semi-sheer with a high shine finish. This formula is comfortable to wear and feels very lightweight.
Kiehl's Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter* ($46/226g) - Soooo luxurious! I love this light sweet honey scent, and this whipped formula feels so nice on my skin. This formula is hydrating, yet doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy.
Ok, so there are all of my favourite products from the past month! I would love to know if you've tried any of these products, and what you're been loving lately :)
Can't wait to read about your China trip. I really want a cheek pop but I'm not sure I could ever actually bring myself to use it xx
ReplyDeleteI'll have a post all about it soon!
DeleteThe cheek pops are beautiful in the pan, and even after using it many times, the design still looks the same! :)
