I love me a good neutral palette, so I was super excited to try out Cliniques new offering! I've been trying out Clinique's All About Shadow 8-Pan Palette in Neutral Territory 2* ($40 CAD/11.7g) for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! Read on to see why...
I've been using Clinique's eye shadows for years, I think they were actually the first ones that I ever used! My mom uses a lot of Clinique, so I've inherited some pretty Clinique goodies from her. Clinique's All About Shadow 8-Pan Palette in Neutral Territory 2 contains 8 neutral shadows, all with a smooth, buttery consistency and great pigmentation. This palette also contains a large mirror, and a dual ended brush. The palette has the shades ordered lightest to darkest. I've been using the third shade all over my lid, shades 4, 5, & 6 in my crease, and the last two shades to deepen up the crease & add some dimension. The first two shades both work wonderfully as brow bone and inner corner highlights. These shadows last all day on my lids, just like most of Clinique's shadows tend to do. I don't have any issues with creasing with these shadows, but you might want to use a primer if you have oily lids. All of the shadows contain some degree of shimmer, but I wouldn't say that any of them are glittery.
If you also love neutral shadows, then this is definitely a palette worth checking out. Well done Clinique!
Ooh thanks for this post! I was debating on ordering this from Sephora(my local Sephora doesn't carry this and neither do any of my Clinique counters for whatever reason) and I'm actually glad I didn't because the shadows look more purple online(which is what I wanted). I already have Naked2 so I don't need more neutral shadows yet, thanks for saving me shipping and duties on a product I would have ended up returning lol.
