dippity-do Girls With Curls Contest

This post is for all of my curly haired girls! dippity-do introduces their new Girls with Curls line*, and I'm bringing you the chance to win the new line! Curly hair can be a nightmare in the hot, humid Summer months, but the right products can turn your unruly mane into beautiful, bouncy tresses.

dippity-do Girl With Curls

Back in the day, I would straighten my hair every single day. I remember the day my straightener gave out on me. I was so self conscious about my curly hair that I made my mom use a household iron on my hair! Thankfully I've since become more comfortable in my body, and I've come to love my wavy/curly hair. Now, I only straighten my hair a few times a year, and leave my hair au natural the rest of the time. I love hair care lines that are specifically meant for curly hair, so I was really excited to try out dippity-do's Girls with Curls line. The pink packaging is incredibly adorable, and was inspired by the original dippity-do from the 1960’s.

"Girls with Curls is a throwback to a day when curly haired looks were uncomplicated and carefree. Now anyone can satisfy their inner curly-girl craving with the use of Girls with Curls!"

Curly Hair
Defined waves, reduced frizz, & added shine!

Start of by using the Curl Shampoo and Curl Conditioner in the shower. The conditioner is a medium consistency, so it will hydrate your hair without weighing down your curls. Once a week you can trade out the conditioner for the Curl Deep Conditioning Treatment, which is an ultra-creamy, strengthening moisturizer that detangles beautifully. I'll then let my hair towel dry, and then I'll apply the Leave-In Curl Defining Cream to the ends of my hair to get a more defined curl. hair, enhancing shine and help seal split ends. The Curl Shaping Gelee comes in its iconic pink jar, and it is the perfect styling tool for separating locks and adding gloss for supreme shine. This entire line has a great scent to it - a nice mix of that traditional salon scent with some fruity notes.
