Revlon Cream Blush in Flushed

Another day, another blush! I'm a huge fan of Revlon's Cream Blushes, and I've already reviewed the shades Pinched and Coral Reef, and today I'm back with the shade Flushed* (11.95 CAD/12.4g). I've been loving bright shades for Spring, and this one definitely fits the bill!

Revlon's cream blushes come in simple clear plastic packaging and a black lid. The packaging definitely leaves a lot to be desired - it's just a bit boring, in my opinion. However, I can overlook the packaging because the product inside is so amazing! Can I also mention how much product you get in this little tub? I recently reviewed MAKE UP FOR EVER'S new HD Blush, and that only contains only 2.8g (for 3x the price)!

Flushed is a beautiful bright pink blush with a smooth, velvety formula. I absolutely love the creamy texture of Revlon's Cream Blushes, it's one of the best formulas that I've tried! I like to use my Real Techniques Stippling Brush to apply this blush, as it gives a beautiful, flawless finish. I love cream blushes because they tend to just melt into your skin and can have a very natural finish. This cream formula doesn't move around my foundation, which I've found some cream blushes to do.

I love adding Flushed to the apples of my cheeks, and even though this looks insanely bright in the packaging, it can look natural on your cheeks. A light wash of colour gives a beautiful glow, but you can also build up the colour with the second or third layer. I think that this pink shade would look great with a tan, making it a great Summer option. I can get about 7 hours of wear out of Flushed, before it starts to fade away. You can layer a powder blush over top for a longer lasting colour.

  9. "Another day, another blush!" NEW MOTTO RIGHT THERE.
I've given up on Revlon's blushes since they have too much silicone for my taste, but this colour is a beaut! :)
