Dylan's Graduation OOTD feat. Hörst

Today was pretty exciting - it was my fiancé Dylan's university graduation! The ceremony was at the National Arts Centre, which is really close to the University of Ottawa campus. I thought that I would share pictures of the outfit he wore, since I think that he looked quite dashing!

Dylan chose to wear a blue button up slim fit dress shirt and a silver/grey bow tie from Hörst*. The shirt is 100% cotton, and the bow tie is 100% silk. Both items were extremely high quality, and I think that they looked amazing on Dylan. Dylan doesn't often dress up, and this was actually his first time wearing a bow tie. He said that from now on he's only wearing bow ties, as he found this one so easy to wear & super comfortable! Dylan was also wearing grey dress pants, and a black belt and black dress shoes. For the convocation ceremony, Dylan had to wear a black robe with a white hood. I decided to wear a watercolour high-low dress from Dynamite that I purchased Summer 2013, and wedge heels from Call it Spring

Graduation Day

Dylan actually graduated magna cum laude! I'm so incredibly proud :)

I was really impressed with the quality of the dress shirt and bow tie from Hörst! If you're looking for a last minute Father's Day gift, I think that any father would appreciate some new clothing pieces. My graduation ceremony is tomorrow morning, and I'm both excited and nervous! Wish me luck! :)

    1. Aw thank you! I was wearing Benefit's Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation :) It's lighter coverage, but gives a beautiful finish! :)
