I really love trying out new body scrubs, I find them to be such a fun, luxurious part of my shower routine. My latest love has been The Body Shop's Shea Body Scrub ($20/200mL), which I picked up a few months ago, but I'm only getting around to using now.
The Body Shop's Shea Body Scrub comes packaged in their traditional plastic containers with a screw off lid. I absolutely love the Shea scent - it's light, nutty, and calming. This almost smells like a toned down version of that traditional coconut sunscreen scent. If you find The Body Shop's Coconut scent good but a bit too strong, you might really like their Shea line.
This scrub itself uses organic sugar and salt to give your body a good exfoliation. Organic soy oil works to hydrate your skin, and Shea butter has vitamins A and E, that to help protect and nourish skin. I personally love body scrubs that are both exfoliating and hydrating, and this formula is the perfect combination of those two qualities. My skin is left feeling incredibly smooth, soft, hydrated, and looking radiant. The Shea scent does linger for about an hour, and the scent seems to mix nicely with any other scented body lotions that I'm using.
I definitely recommend giving this formula a try! I think that The Body Shop's Shea line is a scent that a lot of people will like, even though it's not super exciting. Have you tried this, or any of The Body Shop's other scrubs before? Are you a fan of their Shea line?
