The convenience of a gel liner with the ease of a cream formula? Meet Revlon's ColorStay Crème Gel Eyeliner, which I've been trying out in the shade Plum*. This formula is super easy to use, and even includes a built in brush! I normally like to wear black liquid liner, but I'm really enjoying this shimmery purple as a fun alternative.
"- Twist off cap and dip brush into crème gel eye liner.
- Glide brush in small strokes across lash line.
- Close tightly after use." - Revlon
Revlon's ColorStay Crème Gel Eyeliners come packaged in little glass pots with a long black plastic handle, that includes a brush. The brush is very soft, and actually works well at applying the product. You might need to use a thinner brush for a sharper wing. The shade Plum is a gorgeous shimmery purple with good application. This formula is fairly thick and creamy, but it's very easy to work with. You have about 30 seconds before this liner sets, and then it's on for good and won't budge until you remove it at night!
I've never tried gel liner on the bottom lash line before, but I thought that I'd try it out with this formula. I was surprised with how well it turned out! I found it easy to flick out the wing, and also line my lower lash line with ease. The shade Plum is dark enough so I'm not missing my typical black liner, but it's also a fun pop of colour.
I think that the shade Plum would compliment a neutral brown shadow look, or pink and purples. Purple is a colour that I find tends to look great on all eye colours - brown, green, blue, grey.
