"Divine Oil contains a blend of grapeseed, hibiscus, sesame, and argan oils combined with patented grapeseed antioxidant polyphenols to leave skin soft, firm, and radiant. Perfect as a post-sun product, its glamorous texture is instantly absorbed, imparting a subtle, floral, and sunkissed fragrance." - Sephora
Caudalie's Divine Oil comes packaged in a fancy glass bottle with a wooden cap and a pump-spray applicator. There are little divots in the bottle that make it super easy for your fingers to grip onto the bottle. The pump does spray out a direct shot of this oil, and I think that I would have preferred a more diffused sprayer. But that's just personally preference! This oil is quite thin, but very rich and hydrating. I find this oil to be super pampering, and I love using it all over my body at night. In the morning my skin still feels hydrated and super smooth. I do have separate oils that I love to use on my hair and face, so I've been reserving Caudalie's Divine Oil for my body only.
Love this packaging!
This oil has a mature nutty-floral scent, and it is quite strong. The scent lingers on my skin for a few hours, so do make sure that you like the scent before buying a bottle of this stuff! I do like this fragrance, but it isn't my all-time-favourite scent - it's just okay.
I think that this is going to be the perfect Fall-Winter moisturizer, even the scent is more Winter appropriate! However, this oil is still great to pamper your skin after a long day in the sun, or just to nourish & hydrate your skin anytime. This is a pricey oil, and there are definitely more affordable options available. If you feel like treating yourself, then this is a great pampering product to splurge on!
