Lise Watier Quatuor Féline Eyeshadow Quartet

Wow, how is it already September!? I for one am super sad that Summer is coming to an end, but at the same time I'm excited about all of the new Fall releases. One of my favourite releases for Fall 2014 has been Lise Watier's Quatuor Féline Eyeshadow Quartet* ($36 CAD)! This palette contains four shadows that are extremely wearable, and the quality is superb.

"Decorated with a chic leopard-print, this quartet offers ultra-pigmented colours: champagne, luminous taupe, lace pink and coppery brown.

This long-lasting cream powder formula offers semi-matte to iridescent finishes for a natural or more refined look" - Lise Watier

I'm still fairly new to the Lise Watier brand, but these shadows have completely blown me away. This quad contains four nude shadows that are incredibly creamy, pigmented, and easy to blend. This quad has a leopard print cover, which automatically makes it a winner in my books. There's a magnetic closure, and a large mirror inside of the compact. I can definitely see myself taking this quad with me when I travel!

I've been wearing this quad every day for about 2 weeks now. Typically, I'll apply the light beige (bottom left) shade all over my lids, then take the taupe-brown (top right) shade and pop it in my crease. The reddish brown shadow (bottom right) is great to deepen up the crease and outer V, and the shimmery champagne shadow (top left) is the perfect brow bone & inner corner highlighter. These shadows are seriously creamy, and just a dream to work with. They stay put on my lids without creasing or fading until the 12 hour mark. All four shadows have either a shimmer or satin finish, so this palette is definitely missing a matte shadow.

Overall, this palette is definitely a winner in my books! If you're a neutrals lover, and you enjoy a shimmery look, then you'll also love this palette. I think that the price is fairly reasonable, and each shadow contains 2 grams of product, so the palette will last you ages. Have you checked out Lise Watier's Fall 2014 Collection yet?

  9. You have like the most perfect lash line. Is that weird to say? This palette is gorgeous. I haven't played with mine yet, but from what I remember at the LD event, they were so so soft.

  10. Just LOOKING at the swatches, the eyeshadows already look creamy and insanely pigmented! I don't use matte eyeshadows too often anyways, but my only gripe about this compact is that I don't like leopard print ;-;
