Matrix Biolage ColorLast Mask

As you probably know by now, I colour my hair (natural blonde to a dark brown colour), so I definitely try to use hair products specifically for colour treated hair. I've been trying out Matrix Biolage's ColorLast Mask*, and today I'm here to tell you all about it!

Matrix Biolage ColorLast Mask

"Color-treated hair often needs intense moisturization to help maintain its tone and color. Inspired by nature's fade-defying orchid, Biolage COLORLAST Mask helps maintain the color depth, tone and shine for vivid color-treated hair.
  • Forget about de-saturated color. These state of the art formulas, inspired by nature, help protect hair, balance moisture and even out the hair’s surface for saturated, shiny, vibrant color that stays truer." - Matrix

This mask comes packaged in a small pink and white plastic tub. This packaging makes it easy to scoop out every last drop, but the tub can collect water in the shower. There is orchid in the ColorLast range, and there's a beautiful light floral scent to this mask. This mask has a medium consistency - not too thick and not too thin, I leave it on my hair for about 3 minutes, and then rinse it out with cool water. I find that this mask helps to keep my hair shiny, silky, and I'm left with less frizz. My colour looks a bit more vibrant, which I absolutely love! This mask doesn't weigh down my hair, but my hair is quite thick. So if you have fine or thin hair, just use less product and you should be fine!

I'm really impressed with Matrix Biolage's ColorLast Mask! If you colour your hair then I'd definitely recommend trying out this mask. I love how soft and silky my hair feels after each use, and I'm sure you will too! :)
