The Body Shop used to make an incredible Spiced Vanilla scent that I would stock up on every holiday season. Sadly, this scent is no longer available, but The Body has replaced in with a worthy competitor - Vanilla Brulee. I've been trying out the Vanilla Brulee Lip Balm* ($6) and Shimmer Lotion* ($12), and I've been loving both products. This scent is sweet, creamy, with a hint of spice. The Lip Balm feels really nice on my lips - it has a thin texture but it's still quite hydrating. The Shimmer Lotion adds a healthy dose of shimmer, making it the perfect option for holiday parties!
Next up is The Body Shop's Glazed Apple scent, which I've been trying out in the Body Butter* ($20) and Body Polish* ($20). This scent is crisp, fruity, and delicious. As always, the body butter is very thick, creamy, and perfect for the cold, dry Winter months. The Body Polish gives a nice exfoliation, and it also lathers up slightly. The glazed apple scent fills the entire shower, and lingers lightly on my skin afterwards.
Finally, we have The Body Shop's Frosted Cranberry scent. I'm not normally a huge fan of cranberry scents, but I was surprised by how much I liked this scent! This cranberry line combines bitter notes with something fruity and sweet. I've been trying out the Bath Jelly* ($12), which has a really interesting texture, almost like Jell-O! I've also been trying out the Shower Gel* and Shimmer Lotion* (minis shown) in the Frosted Cranberry scent. In my opinion, this is the most Christmasy scent of the three that I've tried out, so it's definitely been getting me in the holiday spirit!
My favourite seasonal scent from The Body Shop is Vanilla Brule, but the other two fragrances are also very nice! The Body Shop also has these scents available in a home fragrance oil, soap, hand cream, reed diffuser, body & room spray, bath sprinkles, and EDT. Have you stopped by The Body Shop yet this year to do some holiday shopping?!
