Here are some of my current goals:
1. Travel more!
Since I've graduated from university, I've done a fair bit of travelling, and I want that to continue throughout my life. I find so much joy in travelling, and exploring new cities. The best way to learn about another culture is by immersing yourself in that way of life. Next on my travel bucket list are Barcelona (we're going in August for our honeymoon!!), Greece, and Japan. My favourite place that I've been so far has hands down been Prague, and it's somewhere that I'm definitely itching to get back to ASAP!
Sipping on hot chocolate in Prague. Just look at that view!!
2. Explore Ottawa!
I've lived in Ottawa for almost 5 years now, yet I still find myself feeling like a tourist at times. My goal for this Summer is to get outside as much as possible, and enjoy everything that the capital city has to offer. I recently discovered a gorgeous biking/running/walking trail by the Ottawa River that's not far from my apartment, and I'm wanting to get out there as much as possible. There's always something going on in Ottawa - Tulip Festival, Bluesfest, WESTfest, Dragon Boat Festival, Canada Day on Capital Hill, etc.! While I love to travel, I also really, really love this beautiful city that I'm lucky to call home.

3. Make Time to Read
I used to be such a bookworm, but I found it really hard to make time to read for pleasure while I was in university. Now that I'm no longer a student, I've been making reading a priority again. I signed up for a library card at my local library, and I've been dusting off some old favourites from my book shelves. One of my recent faves has been Wild by Cheryl Strayed, which really reignited my love for books. I would love to hear about your book recommendations for what I should read next!
Books I've read recently!

I just discovered a part of the Vancouver lower mainland last weekend that I've never even knew existed. It's funny how sometimes you can feel like a tourist in your own city :p
