I love me some make up (is that obvious yet?), but I absolutely hate the task of removing my make up at the end of a long day. I'm always looking for easy ways to remove my mascara, liquid liner, lipstick, etc., and Simple's Cleansing Micellar Water* is the latest formula that I've been trying out! I've been a long time fan of Bioderma, which is also a micellar water, so I was excited to try out a drugstore alternative! Read on to see how this product compares to the cult favourite!
I love the basic packaging of Simple's Cleansing Micellar Water. The no-fuss packaging gets the job done, and I like that you can see how much product you have left thanks to the see through bottle. This product is incredibly gentle, but it still manages to get the job done extremely well. This micellar water removes even waterproof make up, and I think that it'd be perfect for those with sensitive skin. I use a bit on a cotton pad, and wipe off all of my make up - no rubbing, tugging, nothing! Everything comes off instantly and completely.
If you're a fan of Bioderma, I think you should definitely check out this offering from Simple. I think that the two formulas are pretty similar, with Simple's being more gentle, and actually a bit more effective!
What is your preferred method of make up removal? Have you tried Simple's Cleansing Micellar Water yet?
