The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Collection

The Body Shop's Fuji Green Tea Collection* hit store shelves last month, and I've been trying out three products from the range! This scent is so calming and relaxing, I think that it's a great addition to The Body Shop's range, and I've been loving using these products to help me wind down at night.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Collection

"Say hello to the Fuji Green Tea Collection, the first range from The Body Shop infused with real green tea leaves. To capture their antioxidant power, only the finest, hand-picked shoots from the Mount Fuji region in Japan are selected. The end result - replenished, refreshed and healthier-feeling skin." - The Body Shop

Here we have the Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub ($22) and Body Butter ($20). I personally don't enjoy drinking green tea, but I do really love the scent of this new range! The Body Scrub offers a gentle exfoliation that you can use all over your body (except on your face!) The Body Butter is incredibly thick, rich, and creamy. I'm already a huge fan of The Body Shop's Body Butters, I've been using them for years and years, and this scent is no exception! My skin is left feeling plump and hydrated for a full 24 hours, and the scent lingers around for a few hours.

Next we have the Fuji Green Tea Exfoliating Soap ($6), which combines the convenience of a traditional bar of soap, and the effectiveness of a body scrub! This bar is a lot harsher than the Body Scrub I previously talked about. I've been using this bar mostly on my legs, as I find it just a bit too harsh to use anywhere else. If you prefer an exfoliator that really gets the job done, then this is the one for you!

There are a few other products in the Fuji Green Tea range, including a Bath Tea, Body Lotion, Body Sorbet, and Body Wash. As I said, this scent is a very relaxing option to use right before bed, but of course you can use it any time of day. I'm not sure that the Exfoliating Soap would work for most people, since it is such a rough, harsh formula, but I absolutely love both the Body Scrub and the Body Butter!

Have you checked out The Body Shop's Fuji Green Tea Collection yet? What's your favourite scent from The Body Shop?

    1. I think that the exfoliating soap would be way too harsh to use on my face! I really love L'Occitane's Shea Ultra Rich Face Scrub, you can read my review on it here: http://www.beyondblush.com/2014/09/loccitane-shea-ultra-rich-face-scrub.html

  5. I do not like the scrubs from this and the mojito line, it's too gentle and it doesn't lather at all :(
